Portfolio and Digital Flipbook

After the opening a lot of people asked for my portfolio/catalogue but I didn't really have anything handy.
So I put together a PDF and a digital flipbook to show my work to people far away and and for potential buyers who need to "think about it" and see the images again later.
I found a platform called Heyzine, which lets you publish up to 5 flipbooks for free and supports multiple formats (PDF, PowerPoint, InDesign, etc.). It was super easy to set up. It works very well on laptop, too bad it's not quite optimised for mobile viewing. Here it is (click on the image):
So... I think I'm getting better at presenting and showcasing my work.
On the other hand, especially after last week's class, I realised how MESSY my practice is!
To do by End of May:
Inventory (I might use Keynote for this one)
Excel tracking sheet (artworks, editions, location, prices, status..)
Create folder with ALL official final print files in high res
Create folder with ALL official final jpeg files for Social/Web
Collect and organise all event documentation and promotional materials
Clean up the endless versions of files floating around…

That’s such a smart and practical solution—having a digital portfolio ready makes a huge difference, especially for art buyers who need time to revisit your work. Flipbooks are a sleek way to present your pieces visually. If you're doing any sketching, line prep, or artwork refinement for your portfolio, I recommend using WhiteScreenVip. It turns your screen into a fullscreen white light panel—perfect for tracing, reviewing prints, or photographing clean artwork. Many artists use it to enhance contrast and presentation when scanning or prepping their catalogs. A handy tool to keep your visuals sharp and professional!
