Fire & Chemistry

In these images, I mixed different techniques: - chemigrams technique, using fixer to "draw" - combustion, making a blend of charcoal and powdered incense in. mortar and then applying it to the layer of humid chemistry. At first, I thought this was a development of my series "Hierophanies", but after just a few days I'm not too sure about it anymore. Incense is not as relevant in these works, and the style feels quite different (at least to my eyes). Not sure where this is going but I want to find out.
